Please explain the enrollment process in the Forex Trainers the program?
To begin the enrollment process, simply complete the online Affiliate Program Application. We will automatically approve your application in good faith, but we reserve the right to cancel your account upon further review of your site content and/or the means through which you intend to participate in the Program.
We collect your SSN or EIN (via our secure server) as we are legally required to do so, however we do not pay or withhold taxes on your behalf.
Your enrollement information and your privacy is respected and your contact info is never shared or sold.
Your affilate partnership program is with Devonhills Foundation, LLC, the legal owner of forex-trainers, forex-advisor, forex-trader and other websites.
How are links to www.forex-trainers.com established?
When you sign-up to join the Partner Program, we will provide you with a username and password for accessing your own private web-based control panel. Once you log in to your control panel, you will find all the materials needed, including customer specials, email templates, graphics and the special links you use to direct visitors to our site. You can also use your control panel to create your own Special Links for directing your visitors to any page on our site you wish.
How are customer orders processed? Will I need to do anything?
We process all training product orders placed by customers who follow special links from your site to our site. We are responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfillment. Among other things, we will prepare order forms; process payments, cancellations, and returns; and handle customer service. We will track sales made to customers who purchase products after clicking-thru to our site from one of your links, and we will make available to you reports summarizing this sales activity.
What kind of commissions will I receive from participating in the Program?
The current commission structure is as follows:
You receive 20% - 50% of qualifying revenues from each sale made to each visitor referred through your partner link.
You receive a 5% commission for sales made through any 2nd-tier affiliate who you refer into our Program. Your 2nd-tier affiliates are those forex-trainers.com affiliates who signed-up for the Program after clicking on one of your special sign-up links.
We do not pay referral fees on donations, shipping charges, or taxes.
How are payments scheduled for the products that have been purchased through my special affiliate links?
Affiliate payouts are calculated on the 1st of every month, and checks and PayPal payments are sent within 15 days thereafter.
If the referral commissions payable to you for any payout period are less than $100, we will hold payment until the total amount payable to you is at least $100. If you elect payment via PayPal there is no minimum. The total referral commissions earned by you will be subject to our standard terms and conditions Should a customer require a refund or issue a chargeback then no commission will be earned and any commission already paid will be debited against future payments..
How can I get help with designing and setting up a web site?
We do not have the staff or resources required to walk you through this process, but we do have a special Online Business Site Building membership organization that we highly recommend, which offers a step by step tutorials, forums etc . and every website support tool imaginable to help you build and manage a top search engine ranking, income generating, web site of your own. I don’t have a web site. Is there still a way for me to participate?
Yes! When you join the Program you will be provided with your own special links that will send visitors to our site. Normally those links would be placed on a web site of your own. However, if you don’t have a web site, you can still use those links to refer interested individuals to our site through other means. Examples include listing the links in a newsletter, emails, or posting them within another web site (the same rules regarding which applicants, sites, and uses are excluded from participating in the Program would apply in these cases).
What kind of sites are prohibited from participating in your program?
We reserve the right to cancel or decline participation in our Program if your site, or the means through which you participate in the Program, is unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable sites and means of participation include:
- Promote sexually explicit materials
- Promote violence
- Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- Promote illegal activities
- Fail to follow common guidelines and practices having to do with fair and courteous Internet and e-mail etiquette
- Include "Forex Trainers" or “MindPower” or similar variations or misspellings in these domain names, or the names of our course trainers.
- Otherwise violate intellectual property rights, including improper or missing references for copyrighted or trademarked material.
Are there any products on forex-trainers.com that are not part of this program?
We do not pay referral fees on donations, shipping charges, taxes, tape/CD/audios-of-the-month memberships, or registrations for special events like our offered-at-cost speaking events, teleseminars etc.Commissions for each product are clearly listed in your partner control panel.
I’ve heard of two-tier programs. What are they and are they part of your program?
Yes, our Program includes a two-tier structure for those who wish to take part in it. We refer to those Affiliates who take part in this aspect of the Program as our "Outreach Program Partners."
Along with directing interested visitors to our site through your own web site, with this Program you can also earn commissions from traffic that originates at other web sites. How is this done? By offering your visitors - whether they're friends, relatives, business associates, or even other Companies a special link that gives them the opportunity to sign-up for our affiliate program.
If you refer an individual to our affiliate program, and he or she signs-up for the program, that affiliate then becomes one of your 2nd-tier affiliates. This means that, in addition to your own commissions, you'll also receive a 5% commission for sales through your 2nd-tier affiliates.
How long do you offer commissions for visitors I referr to forex-trainers.com?
For the lifetime of your affiliate agreement with us! When your visitors click on your special partner links, our system logs that visitor with your partner ID in our system, so we will know that that visitor came through your site, and you will receive the corresponding commission whenever that person makes a qualified purchase from our site for one year from their initial visit.
Once the tracking element is in place to help us identify that you were the referring affiliate, you will get credit for ALL sales made by that customer, regardless of when or how they occur. |
